Pilates classes preparation can be daunting….do I bring a mat? what do I wear?
- First, don’t worry,
- dress in comfortable & not too loose clothing,
- try to bring your own pilates mat just in case but ask the instructor if they provide some,
- bring water (keeping hydrated is key)
- complete your health questionnaire & try to make sure the instructor has is in advance – your class might be better because of it
- check your instructors credentials
