Research shows that regular consumption of cranberry juice reduced the degree of stiffness in arteries, which occurs from the build-up of plaque inside the atrial walls, which is called atherosclerosis.
- 1 cup (230 g) fresh cranberries
- 1 – 2 large oranges
- 5 carrots
- Wash all produce well.
- Peel the oranges.
- Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy!
