Every week in our qpilatesuk FAQ series I’ll attempt to answer clients questions. This weeks’ question is “How often should I exercise?”
Every body is different. Everyone has varying levels of available time to exercise.
In Joseph Pilates’s own words: “In 10 lessons you’ll feel a difference, in 20 you’ll see a difference, and in 30 you’ll have a whole new body”
qpilatesuk recommends you aim for 4 sessions per week for a period of 3 months (in one of our classes OR at home on your own).
Proper, consistent repetition of these exercises WILL help you gradually and progressively re-acquire the natural rhythm and coordination associated with your subconscious activity. Subconscious activity governs your posture, physical vitality and stress levels. As a bonus, you will also develop a clearer mind and an elevated spirit.
