Working/learning in Groups offers its own unique challenges (for group members as well as group instructors), and these can stem from the group being dominated by the “know it all”, louder, more assertive fellow group member, to the group not being properly led by its instructor and the class being conceived as a waste of time.

For those in the know, qpilates has been away for a past few months due to a physical injury. Whilst I’ve kept on with 1:1 sessions it’s been a tad difficult to teach classes.
