For those in the know, qpilates has been away for a past few months due to a physical injury. Whilst I’ve kept on with 1:1 sessions it’s been a tad difficult to teach classes.
WELL, my ankle has now fully healed and I am ready and rearing to go (if a bit lob -sided….there must be some physical fitness exercise system that can fix that aye? hmm. suggestions in the comments section please)
SO, besides my return, I’ve got a few lovely things in store for my students, customers and Friends over the next few months
WE’VE relaunched our Website. It now has a booking system allowing you to pay online in advance, and a Shop – Please have a look and let us know what you think?!
- Below and in the booking portal online you’ll find the next 3 Semesters of classes more or less set in stone, waaaay in advance of them starting so EVERYONE can now plan more consistently.
- Classes will run on the Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and Saturdays of the week, are currently at the Lansdowne Centre, and are at a fairly wide selection of times now and
- More class levels are now available for you to choose from – you are also able to now book and pay for classes online…..
*The autumn semester runs from September1st until December22nd
*The winter semester runs from January3rd until April13th
*The spring semester runs from April18th until May31st
*The summer semester runs from June until July (exact dates to be confirmed)
