What is qpilates?

qpilates provides safe and effective mat-based pilates classes & individual tuition at Absolute Beginner, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels for rehabilitative, recreational and sports-performance enhancement purposes.

Each pilates class, as well as each individual tuition program is designed to meet the needs of each participant by assessing health and fitness levels, postural types / problems, and historical / current injuries.

Exercises are modified to suit individual requirements within class settings and one-on-one.

Personal monitoring, motivation and progress/performance reviews are all provided.

Classes include exercises for upright and prone positions, warm-up and preparation movements, and the use of stability balls, bands and other Pilates equipment.
