For someone who has never done Pilates before… someone who has never done exercise before… someone who’s been advised to start exercise as rehabilitation for illness or injury… someone who did Pilates years ago and needs a refresher course on the basics …..these ‘someones’ will benefit from the Absolute Beginner level programme.
Two consecutive classes provides participants with the foundation for entry into the Beginner level programme, You’ll be introduced to the Pilates Principles and Fundamentals – which can then be practiced – and your balance and posture will be checked and corrected.
